Rules and regulations for Associate Fellow of ISEVHR

• The award will be designated as “Associate Fellow of ISEVHR” (AFISEVHR).
• Associate Fellowship Scheme is open to faculties of Universities/Scientists, below 45 years of age, working in the discipline of Veterinary herbal research in India. Age will be calculated on basis of last date of application. Last date for receiving application is 31.08.2025.
• Applicants should not possess the position above the level of Associate Professor/Senior Scientist.
• The applicants should have at least 8 years of working experience and five years of research experience in medicinal plants. They should have standing Life membership in the society and should have attended at least one conference conducted by ISEVHR.
• Maximum of Five Associate fellows will be elected in a conference.
• The selection of the Associate fellows will be done by Executive Committee. The final decision for selection will be with the President.
• The criteria for selection will be academic excellence based on scientific contributions as reflected by publications, products, processes and technologies etc.
• Scientific achievements in work carried out in different categories need to be provided in the separate sub-heads as mentioned in the Proforma along-with proof.
• Ten peer reviewed publications relevant to herbal research should be listed and reprints/hard copies of the papers so listed should also be attached.
• Proof for claims made in different columns should be attached.
• The applicant should not have any inquiry or criminal case pending against him/her.
• The application should be accompanied by a bank demand draft in favour of Indian Society of Ethno Veterinary Herbal Research (ISEVHR) and payable at the Society Headquarters for a sum of Rs. 750/-  as processing fee at the Society headquarters.
• Application which is not in the prescribed format or which gives incomplete or incorrect information is liable for outright rejection.
• If any information is found to be incorrect at any stage of life, after selection of Fellow, the society has the right to withdraw the Associate Fellowship.
• Duly completed application form (hard copy (mentioned below) should be forwarded by Dean/ HoD/ Immediate Controlling Officer/Unit head to the Society headquarters by  31.08.2025.  Advance soft copy may be sent through isevhr@gmail.com. However, consideration will be made after receiving hard copy of the application.
